I can build both 2.1.9 and 2.0.26 with Java 11, so that's good, but see my 
other email about NOTICE files.

On build reliability, it looks like one cannot run both builds at the same time 
in different terminal consoles, unless this was a random error:

Might there be opportunities to make the build more reliable by using ephemeral
