Applied @jon-valliere suggested change: keep mPendingError as is, not
clearing it.
As this change is to applied to both the SSLHandlerG0 and SSLHandlerG1, I
have also moved two methods into the parent SSLHandler class:
throw_pending_error
write_handshake
Tests are passing.
Note: don't merge it, it still requires some cleanup (commented methods,
etc). I just created this PR for review.
