Let me summarize our this meeting for your reference,
1) Invited 3 contributors to our PMC.
2) Submitted a INFRA ticket to address a issue about not being able to add
Chenyang to PMC
3) ShenLi is going to submit his iCLA to Apache secretary, I will following
up
4) Created several tickets about Gradle building
5) Submitted 1 PR for review
6) Decided to keep current PMC unless explicitly requested.
(I'm going to send out email respectively to collect more feedback)
7) We don't expect to complete Gradle building before next project
reporting (Nov.11)
8) We expect a new minor release at the end of this year.
9) Yanhui will update the biweekly meeting of our project.
