1. Open items of 0.16.0 have been discussed. Two open tickets need to be
closed before this release.
Currently the release date is targeted at the end of September.
2. The team appreciates the consistent contribution made by Chunyun He,
and agrees to start the procedure of appointing him as our new
committer.
