There is an known issue about staging Mnemonic artifacts to Apache dist.
repository. it causes multiple staging repos. instance generated in Apache
staging repository if maven deploys its artifacts behind firewall LB using
different IP address randomly. so the straightforward way is to generate a
artifact bundle for manually submitting.
