EntityFactoryProxy contains the similar operations to be implemented so it
might be possible to remove duplication.
e.g.
incubator-mnemonic/mnemonic-collections/src/test/java/org/apache/mnemonic/collections/DurableSinglyLinkedListNGTest.java
this test case contains an implementation of EntityFacotryProxy, it shows two
restore() and create() needed to be implemented by the user.
