Intel folks,

Whats the current plan for incorporating "real" hardware platforms in the moblin development? I realize that up until recently your only choice was the hardware that you are currently using (Acer Aspire One, Asus EEEPC 901, Dell Mini 9), these where fine for initial development, but none of us are going to embed any of those models into our new devices that we are trying to develop.

Now that Congatec has what appears to be the only IVI (In-Vehicle Infotainment) that is a "real" moblin hardware platform (I have the Congatec starter kit sitting in front of me now and it is beautiful!) when can we expect to see this supported as a principal target platform being used in your development? As I would like to embed THIS platform in my new device.

According the old moblin roadmap on the website this should already be the case (late 2008), so whats the reality of the situation?

Oh, and one last question... Is there a point of contact at Intel for all things specific to IVI? (as opposed to the bigger picture of all potential moblin uses)

Thanks.
