I strongly recommend you upgrade to v0.7, because there are 2 new tools available, the moblin-image-convertor can convert images between different formats, and moblin-chroot is my favorite, you could unpack a moblin v2 image to a folder in your host PC, and work in that folder, add packages and write some apps for example, and then you could convert the working folder snapshot to an image anytime, and test the image on your target platform.
