Connman autolauched when your system up, if you plugin ehternet cable, you can find the system detected it and get IP address already for you to web browse. If you want to connect to internet through wifi, you can click on the connman-applet icon on left bottom of screan, then you can see a list for wifi networks, choose the one you want to connect to, if there is password for it, you can type in the password as prompt, wait for a few seconds, here you go.
