Is quilt also used for patch maintainance over the majority (entirety?)
of the Moblin SRPMs?

If not, what is the "backend" repository in use (especially for the
non-Moblin-specific packages - glibc, gcc, X, etc.)?

Are there any plans to make the Moblin repository of patches, spec files,
etc. publicly available à la http://cvs.fedoraproject.org/viewvc/F-11/
for use by OSVs / OEMs?

Thanks.
