Hi,
Moblin2 used legacy grub0.97. I am wonder why moblin not used Grub2.
grub 0.x and grub2 have basically nothing in common other than a few letters of
the name,
they're entirely different pieces of software.
SO far all distros are using the grub 0.9x, and so are we, it is a trusted
known piece of software
that does everything we need.
For future moblin versions we might move away from it (to syslinux most
likely), but this is
an evaluation that we have not even started yet.
I can't compile the source code of
grub-0.97-48.2.moblin2.src.rpm<http://repo.moblin.org/moblin/development/core/source/grub-0.97-48.2.moblin2.src.rpm>
After rpmbuild -bp grub.spec, I found it miss the configure file which is in
normal grub-0.97. That file was deleted by patch0. Without that file , I
don't know how to create the Makefile.
are you building this on moblin itself?
autoreconf is part of the autoconf/automake set of utilities...
