heres the bugzilla for this issue.As i mentioned,the latest patch has at
least fixed the scroll from 'disappearing',although the scroll area on the
pad seems too small still.I had noticed that the scroll(before the
patch)would work for a while then stop,and after i checked it more
thoroughly,it seemed that the right edge had moved off to the right making
it impossible to scroll(unless i was extremely careful at the very edge,then
occasionally it would scroll a bit).this fixed that,but i still wonder what
happened since the older,working driver and the newer broken one.I recall
there being a intended switch away from using shared memory config for
settings options,something there?they describe it well at that link.
