hmm... ok, i can see that the libudev-devel packaging is
installing /lib/pkgconfig/libudev.pc, and in the post processing step
its linking to /usr/lib/pkgconfig/libudev.pc.
nothing should be getting installed as /lib/pkgconfig/* ...
/lib is for critical runtime dependencies and a pkgconfig .pc file
clearly isn't that.
this is a udev packaging bug that I fixed.. I thought.
seems it didn't get actually fixed.
