I tried "-U" option and conflict still exists. I'm doing development under a
NB with Moblin2, and Mutter-moblin is a runtime GUI function. Maybe that's
the reason to conflict.

Actually... the issue with the original rpm command is that you used an
'i' for install instead of a 'U' for upgrade. You need to upgrade the
package.

Moblin.org suggests 2 way to develop Moblin. One switching
develop/present mode by chroot on host running Fedora/Ubunto, 2nd way is
to create development environment in host running Moblin.
I choose the 2nd way and package conflict happens when I use rpm -ivh to
update package.
