Finally, I made it.
I download fedora gupnp-tools-0.7.1.src.rpm,
decompress it,
and compare with gupnp-tools-0.8 from git
then ignore a git update checking error (due to the code isn't from git
download)
at last, configure and compile success.
After this package, other packages have no problem.

Thanks for Roger's suggestion. The right solution is as following:.
Modify gupnp-tools parameter in moblin2.modules.
<autotools id="gupnp-tools">
<branch repo="git.gupnp.org"
module="gupnp-tools"
tag="gupnp-tools-1.7.1"/>
tag="gunpn-tools-1.7.1" makes script to download 1.7.1, this version don't
depends on gupnp 1.3.
