Does that means it works fine when you login by 'root' but not when you login
by 'your account'? Can you please check the type of Xorg execution?
#ll /usr/bin/Xorg
to see if it has 's' bit? If no, try:
#chmod 4755 /usr/bin/Xorg

Do you mind to try the latest version?

I don't get anything in Xorg.0.log.
In my case, if I manually run 'startx' (by changing boot parameter 'single'
or /etc/inittab runlevel 3), moblin doesn't hang and Xorg.0.log looks normal
without error.
But if boot moblin without trick, it hangs in blue desktop screen and get no
update in Xorg.0.log.
