You are using HDD, most part of time was spend on waiting IO and 
uxlaunch/modblin-panel* didn't spend too much time. 
And why is your sreadahead 'zombie'? Try to delete file -- /etc/readahead.pack, 
and reboot, after login to the UI wait a moment and then reboot (let the 
readahead.pack was generated again) and then have a try to see any improvement. 
But for HDD, the expectation is not as good as SDD.

I used bootchart to analyze the bootup of moblin2.0,i get the image.
I think it take a long time in uxlaunch,time wasted in moblin-panel-*. 
Can anybody give some advisement to me?
