You need to use the 'Option "HidOnEPC" "1" in order for the touch-screen to be able to be calibrated correctly. To invoke the TouchScreen utility (which contains the calibration tools) run eGalaxTouch. To get the TouchPad to work just add 'i8042.noloop=1' to the menu.lst grub file. Hope this helps!
