You are right, its driver is proprietary so Moblin can't ship it. You
have to (sadly) install it by yourself or ask someone else to help
you.

The bright side is that Linux kernel 2.6.32 includes a free driver for
it and we're testing it, hope to enable it in next Moblin release.
