Hi Itxaka,

Yes, this is the known issue. WIFI on EEEPC1005 works not stable. It's caused
by the WIFI driver and has been logged in bugzilla.moblin.org.

Thanks,
Haibo

Subject: [Moblin Dev] eeePC 1005 and Wifi module

Hello guys,

as far as I know this model has been tested by the devs and confirmed to
work, but on my case the wifi signal drops every 5 minutes or so.

It just disconnects and connects, and it's kind of crazy as it's using the
same ath9k driver as any other modern distribution isn't it?

using the same eeePc on Ubuntu 9.10 works without dropping the signal so I'm
kind of lost here. Doesn't seem like a bug at all but something with the
custom kernel that moblin has.

Any idea?

P.S.: The rest of the hardware works wonders. Has anyone checked in order to
integrate the eeepc tray into moblin? I think it controls the performance on
all eeepc models and you can disable the webcam as well.

Cheers,
Itxaka
