Lid button is handled by dalston-power-applet in Moblin. I think it is useless to update /etc/acpi/event/lid.conf as is bypass if dalston-power-applet exists. Unfortunately, I don't see any switch in dalston for such purpose. Maybe it will be added in later Dalston release.

Greetings! I've been dual booting Moblin on my Dell Mini 9 alongside Ubuntu 9.10 and I really like the system for super fast booting Internet surfing. I think the interface is fantastic. I do have problems with the computer suspending when I close the lid, because it usually doesn't resume properly (I think it may be related to having an SD card inserted when suspending - I have a similar problem with Ubuntu). Is there a way to make the screen blank instead of suspending when I close the lid, or if not to disable suspend entirely? Thanks, Omegamormegil _______________________________________________ Moblin dev Mailing List [email protected] To manage or unsubscribe from this mailing list visit: http://lists.moblin.org/listinfo/dev or your user account on http://moblin.org once logged in.
