Dhakal, I see. We will check out what's wrong. In fact after applying the UTF8 user name patch, I have tried login with Chinese and Japanese UTF8 user names, both are OK. Also I can't edit your profile (to give your permissions) in the admin panel, it seems that your user name can't pass the regular expression "\w+" for user name checking :) So pease use your email to login at present. We will fix this soon..
