Hi,
I am now able to boot the image created using the latest
   release(2.1-PR-Final-ivi-noiegd-20100208.ks) of the .ks file.
For the previous release(2.1-preview-ivi-noiegd.ks) I did try the X
-configure and paced the generated xorg.conf file in /etc/X11 and tried
startx but it still dint boot up.
Also the previous release's .ks file already had the
"xorg-x11-server-Xorg-setuid" package so I dint add it to the .ks file.
And the latest release is taking the kernel 2.6.31.6-44.1 pkg from the
repo so I am getting a bootable image :)
I am yet to install it , in case i come across any problem will get
   back.
Thanks for all the support provided.
   Vandana

     Hi Vandana,
I just noticed you're using an older 2.1 preview release. Please
     use the
     Final 2.1 IVI release:
     [1]http://moblin.org/projects/2.1-ivi-project-releases
The .ks file and images should work with no workarounds needed. If
     you do
have problems, post them here again.
     Thanks,
