I use the kick start file of the feb 8th release of the Moblin 2.1 IVI
final Project Release to build the moblin image, and the kernel file I
use to compile the moblin source is
kernel-2.6.31.6-44.1.moblin2.src.rpm from the location
http://repo.moblin.org/moblin/development/72ffd2357b99aadec1b4e7e8b358e
45c/archive/20100208/core/source/ which I assume is for IVI, correct me
if im wrong.
The link does have a section called Rebuild with gcc
3. Rebuild with gcc:
$ cd rpmbuild/BUILD/kernel-2.6.29/linux-2.6.29
$ make clean
$ make bzImage
$ make modules
$ make modules_install
$ make install
So I assume the problem shoul be with the partition, The swap partition
of my development system is /dev/sda9 and the swap partition for moblin
on Russellville board is /dev/sda2. Could this be causing the problem?
If yes, any idea what can be done?
