I find sftp works much better than scp (I've never been able to get scp
to work either) If scpexe isn't working maybe sftp can work?

I think scpexe is more broken than scp. At least scp works after
repeated attempts, the other makes the resulting files unusable after
some recent changes.

Since scp is currently broken, the parent mojo should be changed to
use scpexe in the meantime. Otherwise, each mojo needs to override to

Nobody is going to be offended if you fix something - and folks are
encouraged to branch out to other plugins if they can. Go for it! If
