That was me, sorry. The sandboxes should have snapshot revisions, if it
is ready for a release, it should move out of the sandbox.

What was wrong with that? Is it not allowed to have some kind of
internal milestones?

Couldn't the plugin have a 0.3 version? If not, the fix would have been
to increase it to 0.4-SNAPSHOT, not revert to 0.3-SNAPSHOT.
