This bug is a patch to the mojo webstart plugin
In the existing plugin, the "JNLP resources" directory is hardcoded to be
"src/jnlp/resources", which has a few problems
* It doesn't seem to conform to the stardard directory layout
* It isn't relative to the project root, so it will be wrong when used in a
subproject
* It can't be changed
This patch addresses these things
