+1 for release, -1 for releasing it as 2.0 if this is the first release.

The only reason for starting Mojos at 2.0 is if there was an existing
Maven plugin. That way we can say that we're breaking stuff (because
Maven 1 plugins can't be used in Maven 2). If that is the case I'm +1
for 2.0 aswell.

I guess this explanation should be put on [1] aswell.
