Ability to load optional "shared" resource similar to Tomcat's shared

There are classes and jar files which I am not allowed to ship as part of repo
( like ojdbc14 ).
To solve this I would like to borrow the "shared" loading concept where the
generated script client must
place some required classes or jar into
shared
classes
lib
The generated script will parse the designated "shared" directory and setup up
CLASSPATH string properly.
I set this to have critical priorty since I cant not shipt my product with out
this feature.
Thoughts?
