idlj-maven-plugin unable to specify the -odlImplBase for idlj compiler

At the moment there is no way to add the -odlImplBase parameter to the
execution of idlj.
The attached patch provide a "compatible" tag inside the "source" tag in order
to activate the source generation option. The patch update also the
documentation in order to be synchronized with the current implementation.
Also this patch include the code required to fix MOJO-766 and add myself as
"patch contributor"
