Some features that I would like to see in an emma plugin:
-both offline and on-the-fly instrumentation options.
-the ability to do aggregate coverage in the maven reactor (similiar to doing
aggregate javadocs)
-the ability to do checks in the verify phase to fail the build if coverage
numbers are not over a specified threshold
