I got caught once, (hence this issue). So there's probably some issue in
selecting the right version of the dependencies so that maven uses the right
dependencies to build the pom.xml.
This could come from 2 places:
1- the POM is insufficiently restrictif and an older version of a required
dependency is selected
2- there's a bug in maven that doesn't honor my build requirements...
it's probably 1...
I would investigate it by making 2 debug runs one with a new local repository
and compare the logs...
