There is interest bubbling on moving the cobertura-maven-plugin out of
mojo and into the official cobertura build at cobertura.sourceforge.net.
I'd like to get this ball rolling on the mojo side. (I've already got it
rolling on the sourceforge side)
So I'm asking that the developers that have had code commits to this
plugin please comment on this proposal.

[ ] 0 I don't care what happens to it, as long as it works.
[ ] -1 Do not move it, because ...
The following individuals have commits against cobertura-maven-plugin in
subversion.

As part of the move, the following would happen.
* The java packaging will change to be within the
net.sourceforge.cobertura namespace.
* The groupId will belong to net.sourceforge.cobertura
* The version will be brought into sync with the cobertura library
release.
* The plugin (and cobertura lib) will be deployed into a repository at
the sourceforge side.
http://cobertura.sourceforge.net/repository/ is the likely place.
(we should setup a synchronization for this once it goes live)
Note: The next cobertura lib, version 1.9, is due out any minute now.
And this lib will have everything needed to bring life back into the
cobertura-maven-plugin.
