Add Total count for each summary report

It would be nice to summarize the results of given aggregated report in a
"Total" line.
For example, assume we have a multi project parent and comp-a, comp-b....
In the PMD report we can only see now #Classes and #Violations per component.
It would be nice to show an accumulated count for comp-a + comp-b...
