This is for the xmlbeans plugin.
When doing the build with ant I had to have to runs of xmlbeans in order to
generate the beans.
This is because the XSD had no default namespace (I know this is crap but...
legacy is legacy) so I had to set the namespace using XSDconfigs, one for each
XSD.
Since Maven does the build it should be also able to associate an XML with an
XSDconfig.
