Trying to see if I can get the stub generation bits to run by themselves, so
that we can re-use the compiler:* plugin to handle the javac bits, then keep
using the groovyc bits asis. This will be the easiest way, and most nature for
m2 folks and allow the best option configuration too.
Else, probably have to add a new packaging to prevent compile:* from doing
anything and ... blah, lets not do that... icky.
