My plugin? I don't yet have one... I just have a desire to get the
scm identifier for the workspace into the generated artifact metadata
for source to binary identification. Someone mentioned that the
build-number plugin did something like that, or could be extended to
add that er something...
And someone also mentioned that this plugin was at one point on its
way into the mojo project... but somehow got lost in translation. I
dunno...
