The new JarResource class added by issue MWEBSTART-38 does not populate the
instance variables of the class when an artifact is set by passing it to the
setArtifact method.
The attached patch contains a fix for JarResource and also a unit test for the
VersionXmlGenerator class that highlights the problem.
