i know this problem but it is not a specific problem of Dashboard plugin.
it's a maven problem which doesn't well managed XML metadata files when a
plugin is not a "org.apache.maven.plugins" .
I have done many researches for this and i have no idea where is the problem

But no response at this time.
The only solution is to use this command :
mvn org.codehaus.mojo:dashboard-maven-plugin:1.0-SNAPSHOT:dashboard
