Added a new DaemonTools generator, creates all the configuration needed to hook
into daemontools (though editing JAVA_HOME and USER might be required before
runtime ;)
just ln -s $PWD/target/generated-resource/daemontools/ /services/appname
It does require that the ID of the daemon configuration matches that of the
application it is launching - is this a poor constraint?
