Can anyone give me access to this plugin? I'd like to do a release to make
MANTLR-24 available. And I can try to fix the other open issues in the plugin.

And MANTLR-28 actually refers to the antlr3 plugin which doesn't have
it's own jira project. So I think it would be helpful to either create
a new jira project for the antlr3 plugin, or have two components (antlr2
and antlr3) and separate release schedules in the existing jira
project. Just so it is more clear what these issues refer to.
