Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
I was able to run the cobertura site report against a small sar project. I was
also able to generate eclipse files using the eclipse plugin. So I'm closing
this issue as "Cannot Reproduce". If this is still a problem, you can re-open
the issue or create a new one.
