Isn't this something that users should take from the [plugin
dependencies|http://mojo.codehaus.org/javancss-maven-plugin/dependencies.html]?
Otherwise we might want to start a general discussion about this on the dev
list since we have various other plugins that are basically wrappers around
some other lib.
