Upgrade to JSW version 3.2.3 to add support for linux 64-bit

As far as I can tell the current (tested 1.0-SNAPSHOT and the beta-1) has no
support for linux 64-bit. This is unfortunate. I was told (by Kaare) that there
was some issues with the license of JSW. However, the license was not changed
to GPL until version 3.3.0. Version 3.2.3 has the same old (very open) license.
Would it be possible to upgrade?
