A Maven XML-RPC plugin for generating the remote API of a XML-RPC server which
supports Introspection (http://scripts.incutio.com/xmlrpc/introspection.html).
The plugin uses the Apache XML-RPC client API to connect to the XML-RPC server
and ask for the different methods offered from it. Once it has fetched the
entire API, a set of interfaces that can be used as dynamic proxies are
generated using Velocity as a templating engine.
