If you blow away your ~.m2/repository or you start on a greefield box, this
code will no longer compile.
The 2.1-SNAPSHOTS were removed from
http://people.apache.org/repo/m2-snapshot-repository probably in preparation
for the 2.1->3.0 version name change.
