The new site has just been deployed here:

The SCM info is still pointing to the sandbox and needs a little fix up.
For the encoding parameter of the emma:emma mojo you could consider to
adopt the proposal for reporting encoding [0], i.e. use the property
"project.reporting.outputEncoding" as the default and fallback to UTF-8
if not specified.
mvn dependency:analyze reports some undeclared dependencies.
Otherwise, a pretty looking plugin!
