"c-builds" is a subproject off the codehaus "mojo" project. It needed a link
off the http://mojo.codehaus.org/plugins.html plugins list which I added.
Here is the c-builds site http://mojo.codehaus.org/cbuild-parent
The native-mojo project must have forked off of c-builds at some point, not
sure why.
