Invalid xref link generated for added inner class

I added a new class to my project that contained an inner class (technically an
interface in this case). The generated Xref link is to a separate HTML file for
the inner class but Xref does not generate separate files for inner classes.
The inner class' link should point to the outer class' file. If possible, it
should point to the exact line number where the inner class is declared.
