Produce a tag list report. Changes in this version include: New features: o Taglist should output xml files in order to be consumed by other plugins e.g. the dashboard plugin Issue: MTAGLIST-30. Fixed Bugs: o Wrong file name reported for files that contains the word java in the middle of the name Issue: MTAGLIST-36. o One line javadoc comments do not display correctly Issue: MTAGLIST-35. o Empty comments missing the --No Comment-- string when ending in colon. Issue: MTAGLIST-34. Changes: o Format report (table headings and spacing) similar to other reporting plugins. Issue: MTAGLIST-38.
